More Owl Space Nine by Saavik- !

Episode #42 On Owl Space Nine - Viola.
Dr. Deetoy does a little jig while Nurse Chapowl isn't looking as she mixes up a large batch of dissolving agent. He calls the bridge and Lucy lets out
the happiest chirp anyone has heard from her in a long time.
"How much is it going to take to start cleaning up all the ships?"
She asks. "A lot, but we can replicate enough to scrub up 15
ships in a day, but we need something to squirt it with. "A
shuttle's photon tubes maybe?" Asks the engineering owl.
Deetoy snorts. "Yes, If you can get it to take a liquid." The owl's
eyes narrow as he thinks. "I just may be able to. Let me work on
it." Commander Sprawk moves over to help, carefully keeping
away from that personal space the barred owl so rudely got into
during the bridge brawl.
Down in deetention, the donkey Bandit is being patched up by a

medic, sealing those bad bites the barreds gave him while the
two look guiltily on. "We're sorry," says Harold. Bandit brays
derisively at them, then turns his back. "Well," hoots the wife.
"We try to apologize and - hoot, snort, hiss, grumble....blah..."
Harold begins to wonder if divorce is such a bad thing.

Episode #43 On Owl Space Nine tonight - Venus flea trap?
Chapowl gives a medium sample of the dissolving agent to
engineer Flapitz, the sensitive "personal space" owl. He takes the
sample and loads it into the photon ammo module, modified for
the experiment. It only takes an hour or so of tinkering and it's
ready to go. Flapitz touches his communicator, attached to his
breast feathers. "OK captain, she's ready to go." "Acknowledged
luetentant, let's get this show on the road." The helm owl climbs
into the owlpit of the shuttle, and the other owls vacate the deck
before they suck the oxygen from it. The bridge and engineering
crew watch on the monitors as the helm owl, Lt. Chokeoff, uses
the shuttle's thrusters and carefully guides it off the deck and
heads out into space. Lucy scratches impatiently as it heads
toward the command destroyer, which has no sign of life
onboard. Minutes pass, then the shuttle fires, a bright stream of
liquid hitting the hull closest to the station. Slowly, a ring of
incandescent brightness spreads from the central point, leaving
naught but visible hull behind. A moment later, an automated
distress call comes in at the communications station from the
ship. The crew cheers, but it is short lived as all strain their
hearing for the message.
